Terms & Payment
Pro Marine, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH (Electronic Check) for payment. Pro Marine, Inc. does not extend credit or open terms — all accounts are prepaid.
- No minimum order is required to place an order.
- To qualify for shipping incentives, a minimum order of $100 is required.
There will be a $40.00 service charge added to your account if a check is returned from the bank as uncollectable for any reason. Any check fees charged by the bank will also be added to your account. Subsequent orders will be shipped Cash Only until all fees are collected as a result of non-sufficient funds.
Free Shipping Policy
Qualifications for Free Ground Shipping
- Order over $100
- Stocking parts only (no special-order parts)
- No oversize or overweight items (including oil, manifolds, cowlings, crankshaft, risers, etc.)
- Commercial shipping address (if residential, a $5.00 fee will be added to the order)
Orders under $100 will be charged the standard ground rate.
Fluid Handling Fees (Orders That Otherwise Qualify for Free Shipping)
Orders that qualify for free shipping but contain oil or any kind of quart/gallon fluid will have a handling fee applied per 4 gallons (or 10 quarts):
- 4 gallons = $10 fee
- 6 gallons = $20 fee
- 8 gallons = $30 fee
- And so on
Shipping & Delivery
All packages are shipped UPS by default unless other arrangements are made. Orders received by 5:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will ship the following business day.
For ground delivery, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to arrive. In the case of a back-order or substitution, customer service will attempt to reach you via telephone/email.
Please contact us immediately if your order is incomplete, damaged, or lost in transit. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost if Pro Marine or the shipping carrier is at fault. The return policy may be applied to any order returned or canceled after shipment.
Shipping standards do not apply to failures caused by conditions beyond Pro Marine’s control including, but not limited to acts of God, riots, strikes, labor disputes, or disruptions in communication or transportation networks.
We will ship to any UPS acceptable address; however, we can only ship to post office boxes in Puerto Rico and Alaska via Priority Mail. Pro Marine, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities and/or charge actual shipping charges on oversize packages based on weight and/or dimensions. In this case, you will be notified prior to any additional charges. Pro Marine, Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method when and as necessary, with or without notice.
Returns & Warranty
We want you to feel confident ordering from Pro Marine USA. Marine parts can be complex, and our goal is to make returns and warranty situations as clear and straightforward as possible.
Returns (Non-Warranty)
Standard Items
- Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and uninstalled.
- Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
To get started, contact our team to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. This helps us process your return quickly and accurately.
Please note:
- Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items that are damaged, installed, or incomplete may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.
Special-Order Items
Some parts are ordered specifically for your engine or application.
- Special-order items may be returned within 20 days of purchase.
- A 25% restocking fee applies.
- After 20 days, special-order items are not eligible for return.
If you’re unsure whether an item is a special order, we’re happy to confirm before you purchase.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy, not Pro Marine USA’s return policy.
- Warranty items must be evaluated to confirm a manufacturing defect.
- Installation errors, misuse, or normal wear are not covered.
- Some manufacturers require inspection or documentation before approval.
Our team will help guide you through the process and work directly with the manufacturer whenever possible.

Special Order Parts
Pro Marine will special order specific parts at the request of our customer. Special-order parts do not qualify for any shipping incentives. All special orders must be prepaid.
Special orders can be returned for up to 20 days from the original purchase date. A 25% restocking fee will be added to all special-order parts that are returned.

Pricing published in this catalog is not guaranteed and will not be honored if due to typographical errors. Due to worldwide currency fluctuation, all prices are subject to change without notice.
Pro Marine, Inc. strives to provide reasonable pricing but does not guarantee pricing in any way. On many items, standard price increases are set forth by the manufacturers and are implemented as required by distributor agreements.
When possible, our sales force will attempt to notify customers of any price changes. Always call in advance or review the packing slip to verify current cost. Current pricing updates are available to dealers in Excel format upon request.
Limited Warranty
Pro Marine, Inc. warrants the products it produces to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use.
Pro Marine stocks our own aftermarket products as well as products from various manufacturers. Therefore, warranties depend on the actual manufacturer. If you’d like a full list of warranties for our vendors, please ask your sales person.
Pro Marine Brand Product Warranty Coverage
- All Pro Marine Fuel / Electrical / Tools carry a 90-day manufacturer’s defect warranty.
- Pro Marine Brand Hydraulic Steering Systems and Components carry a 6-month manufacturer’s defect warranty.
- Remanufactured Lower Units and Powerheads carry a 1-year limited warranty.
- All other Pro Marine Brand Products carry a 120-day warranty.
Your sole remedy in the event of a defect in a product is limited to replacement of the product as provided above. Except as expressly provided above, Pro Marine makes no warranties, either express or implied, with respect to consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the product, including income, profit, or losses sustained as the result of injury (including death) to any person, or loss of or damage to property.
Installation of these parts could adversely affect the motor manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Pro Marine is in no way affiliated with OMC Corporation or Mercury Corporation. Information contained in this catalog is subject to inspection by all parties relying on it. No liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the seller.
Any cause of action brought about from the use of this catalog or any of its products shall take place in Manatee County, Florida.
All products distributed by Pro Marine, Inc. carry their respective manufacturers warranty only.
Drop Shipments
Pro Marine, Inc. will drop ship special requests for dealers at no extra charge as a convenience only. Dealers who abuse this privilege may be charged a $5.00 service charge per shipment.
Drop ship dealers who operate and use Pro Marine frequently to drop ship directly to their customers will be charged a drop ship fee of $5.00 on all orders. Drop shipments do not qualify for any shipping discounts, upgrades, or promotions. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the dealer.
Privacy Policy
Pro Marine, Inc. respects your right to privacy and will not share, sell, or trade any personal or company information you provide at any time without your expressed consent.
