Head Cover Gasket Port #1 - Genuine Yamaha OEM
Yamaha part 6CB-11193-00-00 is the genuine OEM head cover gasket (Port #1) for select 4.2L and 4.3L V6 outboards.
This gasket seals the valve cover to prevent oil leaks and maintain proper crankcase pressure. Direct replacement for Yamaha F225, F250, F300 (4.2L) and F300-F350 (4.3L) models.

Installation Guide
Tools Needed: Socket set, torque wrench, gasket scraper, clean rags.
- Let engine cool completely. Remove cowling and disconnect spark plug wires/hoses on Port #1 side.
- Remove valve cover bolts in criss-cross pattern. Clean mating surfaces thoroughly.
- Install new gasket into valve cover groove. Apply thin RTV at corners if required.
- Reinstall cover and torque bolts to spec (see service manual for exact ft-lbs – typically staged criss-cross).
- Reconnect components, run engine, and check for leaks.
Always refer to your Yamaha service manual for model-specific torque values and procedures.
