The Wiseco 3208P2 Piston Kit is a .020 oversize / 79.5mm piston for select Yamaha four-cylinder four-stroke outboards including F75, F80, F90 and F100 applications.
This piston is intended for engine rebuilds where the cylinder has been machined beyond the standard 79.00mm bore and finished for the 79.5mm oversize piston.
Verified engine families include select 1999-2003 Yamaha F80 and F100 applications along with select 2005 and later F75 and F90 four-stroke outboards.
This is NOT a standard-size piston.
The cylinder must be properly measured and machined for a 79.5mm / .020 oversize piston before installation.
Do not install this piston in a standard 79.00mm bore.

Oversize piston selection should be based on actual cylinder measurements. The cylinder should be bored and finished to the correct clearance for the Wiseco piston being installed.
Do not choose an oversize piston simply because the original piston or cylinder shows wear.
